At NTT DOCOMO, Mr. Hayashi is an Executive Director of Corporate Strategy & Planning Department. Prior to his current position, he served as Chief Operating Officer of DOCOMO Communication Laboratories Europe GmbH.

He has been played various roles in DOCOMO’s global business, including a Board of Directors of TATA teleservices limited and DOCOMO DIGITAL LIMITED. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of DOCOMO PACIFIC, Inc.

Mr. Hayashi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law from Chuo University in Japan.

Mr. Lee is the Senior Vice President and head of Global Business of Korea Telecom (KT). He has also been taking a role as the member of GSMA Strategy Group and Board Chair of CONEXUS.

He was the CEO of East Telecom in Uzbekistan, the head of global data communications, and the CEO of Centios which is a joint venture of KT and Cisco for Smart City business. Thanks to his expertise in management and business ranging from Subsea cables, Smart City, and various B2B Solutions, B2B turned out to be a core competency and the new growth engine of the company. He is also a member of Board of Directors of KT America.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant as a member of the Washington Board of Accountancy in USA. He has a core competency in Telecom, IT Solution, and Accounting & Taxation.

He completed a MS in Computer Science from Seoul National University of Technology in Korea.

Ms. Milly Lin is Head of Carrier Business and Wholesales of Enterprise & Carrier Business Unit at Far EasTone Telecommunications Co, Ltd.(FET)

She possesses extensive global business experience in the telecommunication industry, including carrier and wholesales, international roaming business, global strategic partnership and collaboration, new business & service planning and integrated marketing, ICT project development and management across mobility, fixed network, messaging , systems integration and convergence.  Prior to join FET, Milly worked for Taiwan Fixed Network Co. Ltd.(TFN) and Taiwan Telecom Network (TTN) .  

Ms. Lin holds Bachelor degree of ATMA JAYA Catholic University  of Indonesia.

Jonathan Cheng, Vice President – International and Wholesales of Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Limited, plays key roles in the Company’s international roaming and wholesale businesses.   

He has extensive experience in international roaming, carrier business, mobile wholesale, MVNOs, mobile alliances, messaging, and new business and partnership development.  

He was the Chairman of Conexus’ International Roaming Working Group during 2017-2018.  Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications.

Mr. Nicholas Soo is Senior Vice President of B2B Carrier Account in Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH).

Mr. Nicholas, with nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications sector, joined IOH in June 2023. His distinguished career is marked by his proficiency in revitalizing sales and augmenting profitability through organic growth strategies. He is celebrated as a visionary sales leader, well-versed in the nuances of business dynamics. His core competencies include fostering new client relations, executing high-value and intricate transactions, and skilfully handling C-level and B2B client interactions. Additionally, he is adept in territory management, product and key account management, all contributing to substantial growth.

Before his current role at IOH, Mr. Nicholas served in several pivotal positions across various telecommunication firms. His portfolio includes Director of Mobility Business Solutions for APAC at Tata, Vice President of Global Sales at CITIC, Senior Purchase Director for Asia at IBasis, Director of Sales for APAC at Telarix, and EVP of Global Sales for Voice and Mobility at Telin. Nicholas is also a proud alumnus of the University of Hull, where he earned his Master of Business Administration.

Shigeki KOBAYASHI was appointed as an Executive Director of Business Design and Group Synergy Planning Office of Corporate Strategy & Planning Department in July 2024. He has more than 20 years of experience in global business at NTT DOCOMO with the focus on investment, business development, and business alliance.

Mr. Kobayashi previously served as Executive Director of Global Business Office, the Chairman and CEO of NTT DOCOMO China Co., Ltd., a board member of overseas subsidiaries in Singapore, the USA, the UK and Brazil, Director of Business Strategy and GX Business of Lifestyle Innovation Department, Deputy Managing Director of DOCOMO Singapore Pte. Ltd., and Manager of Global Investment Management Group of Global Business Division.

Mr. Kobayashi earned Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration at the Yokohama City University and Master’s degree in Business Administration at School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.

Mr. ALBERT V. VILLA-REAL is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PLDT Global Corporation, the international business unit of the PLDT Group — the largest integrated telecommunications company in the Philippines. Aside from leading the operations of the PLDT Global office in Manila, he also sits on several boards and oversees PLDT's international operations in Japan, US, Hong Kong, UK, and Singapore. 

He has been with PLDT Global for more than 5 years and has steered the business to significant growth. Under his leadership, PLDT Global expanded its worldwide reach and forged partnerships with like-minded local and international businesses that share the company's vision of building a world better connected through digital innovation.  

Before joining PGC, he was the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Landco, a real estate developer company that builds luxury residential resorts across the Philippines. His over 20 years of exeprience in this industry has been very instrumental in steering PGC to where it is today.

AVV as he is known in the office has many interests that keep him busy outside of work. He enjoys traveling to explore new destinations and immerse in different cultures. He’s also a toy collector who finds building toys relaxing, and a lover of wine, whiskey, and sake. AVV is also avid football fan who follows every leauge in Europe and Asia. On his free time, he maintains an active lifestyle thru cardio workouts like running and long bike rides.

Kit Yong leads the Enterprise Business Group, a growing segment that delivers leading connectivity, platforms, applications and tailored industry solutions and services to enable the business of StarHub's enterprise and government customers to thrive in the digital economy. He was the company’s Vice President of Enterprise Sales and ICT prior to his current appointment.

A maven in the info-communications industry, Kit Yong has extensive experience leading and executing business strategies across diverse industries such as financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, automotive and transportation & logistics. He last held the positions of General Manager, Global Technology Services (GTS) at IBM Singapore. His prior position within IBM was APAC Service Leader for Managed Applications (SAP & Oracle) on Multi-cloud and Hybrid Cloud Services and Interim General Manager, GTS at IBM Philippines, where he accelerated IBM’s journey to cloud growth in Asia Pacific.

Kit Yong holds a Bachelor of Finance and Marketing from Curtin University, Australia.

Sukannee joined True Corporation, Thailand’s leading telecom-tech company transforming the lives of Thai people and propelling businesses to the forefront of the digital economy, since March 1, 2023.

Sukannee’s current responsibilities cover all international related services, including international gateway capacity both terrestrial and submarine cable network and international roaming business ranged from data, voice, and messaging services in both wholesale and retail markets. She is also responsible for managing relationship with strategic partners and alliances of True Corporation.

Before joining True Corporation, Sukannee worked for Total Access Communication (dtac), The Coca-Cola (Thailand) Co. Ltd., Thai Samsung Electronics, Mars Thailand Inc., and The Nielsen Company (Thailand) Ltd.

She earned her Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degree from Assumption University, Thailand.

Dr. Lam Quoc Cuong joined VNPT-International in 1996 and he has been serving as Managing Director. He has years of experience and expertise in international business and strong commitment and dedication for the international services of VNPT including Voice & Roaming, Satellites, Data (IPLC, IEPL, I-VPN).

Prior to currently role, Dr. Cuong was the Director of Business Department, VNPT Group, where he led the successful business of the organization in 2010-2011. Previously, he was the Deputy Managing Director of VNPT International from 2006-2011 and Director of Administration Department, from 2003-2006, Deputy Chief of Technical Department from 1996-1999.

Dr. Cuong holds a PhD in Telecoms from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI).

Kei Tonokura is a Senior Manager at NTT DOCOMO, responsible for service planning, technical development, and carrier relations for international roaming.

He has been with the NTT Group for over 25 years and has a diverse range of experiences, including serving as the General Manager of Europe office of DOCOMO and as the manager of the Enterprise Business department.

During his career, he has cultivated an extensive portfolio of mobile-related solutions and products knowledge.

He earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University.
