Established in April 2006, Conexus Mobile Alliance is one of Asia's biggest mobile alliances.The alliance is formed to primarily develop and enhance international roaming and corporate mobile services for greater convenience and ease of use for its members' customers. The alliance boasts a combined customer base of about 275 million mobile subscribers in members’ markets, and approximately 690 million when combined with its partner, Vodafone. The alliance is committed to promoting voice, video and data roaming via its members' GSM, W-CDMA, and LTE networks.
The alliance also aims to create a Virtual Home Environment for its member customers to experience seamless, convenient mobile-related services when they roam.

Mr Andrew Kwok is currently the President, International and Carrier Business of Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Limited. Since joining the Company in 2002, Mr Kwok has been the Head of the International Business Division, and presently spearheads the strategy, development and management of the Company’s International Mobile and Fixed business, also the Carriers Business in Hong Kong. Overseas International corporate business, partnership and new business initiatives also fall into his management.
Prior to joining HGC, Mr Kwok was the Vice President and Managing Director (Asia) of Teleglobe, managing its operations in more than 25 countries in Asia. Furthermore, Mr Kwok held various management positions at MCI International in Asia, Hong Kong Telecom International and Cable & Wireless (HK).
Mr. Kwok was awarded the Executive of the Year – Company leadership at the Capacity Global Carrier Awards 2013.
Benjamin Tan is Vice President for International Business at StarHub, a fully-integrated info-communications company in Singapore. Benjamin joined StarHub prior to its commercial launch in 2000, and is currently responsible for managing and developing StarHub’s relationships with international voice and mobile roaming partners around the world. Other areas of his responsibility include carrier wholesale channel, global alliances, international network strategy and product management.
Benjamin has been in the telecommunications industry for 22 years and has had a successful track record in sales and the international carrier business. Before StarHub, he was Regional Sales Manager for Hong Kong Telecom’s country office in Singapore, spearheading their sales expansion and business expansion in Southeast Asia. Benjamin began his career in the telecom industry at Telecom Equipment as an Account Manager looking after key MNC accounts.
Mr. Pilljai Lee, as an Executive Vice President of KT, leads Marketing Strategy Business Unit (BU) and is responsible for development and execution of integrated product marketing strategy as well as strategic product portfolio management for mobile, roaming and data products.
In 2015, Lee led IPTV business of KT as the head of Media BU. In 2014, Lee was in charge of supervising wired product business including internet and wired telephone as the head of GiGA BU. While leading Product II BU in 2013, Lee managed both mobile product and wired product business of KT.
Lee received MBA from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management, in the United States and B.S of Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering from Inha University, in South Korea.

Dr. Mike Lee joined FarEasTone in November 2011 as Executive Vice President of Enterprise & Carrier BU.
Before joining FarEasTone, Dr. Mike Lee had an outstanding career and excellent management experience both in telecommunication and Internet industry. He led Tuntex Telecom building the GSM 1800 network in central and southern Taiwan in 1997, and assisted NCIC in obtaining fixed network license in 2000. Later, as President of Com2B Corp, Dr. Mike Lee and his team established the largest B2B e-auction platform in Taiwan. From 2007 to 2011, under Dr. Mike Lee’s leadership as President of FETC, ETC users exceeded 1.3 million.
Dr. Mike Lee holds both a master’s degree and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from State University of New York, Stony Brook. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
Herfini Haryono was appointed as a Director since 7 October 2015, she was appointed as Director and Chief of Wholesale and Enterprise Officer (DCWEO) effective as of 10 November 2015.
Previously she was Chief Technical Officer (CTO) since May 2014. She joined Indosat in early 2013, where she led various major projects including the Mobile Financial Project and Market Bite Size Project. She has concurrently serves as a Commissioner at Indosat subsidiary PT Lintasarta since June 2014.

Previous to this she worked at StarHub Singapore and in PT. Motorola Indonesia. She has also won multiple awards including the Hitachi Award for the Indonesian CIO of the Year 2009, the Satya Lencana Pembangunan Medal of Development in 2011 from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Amdocs Award for the global Telco CIO of the year in 2011.
Ms. Herfini received a Diplomengineuer degree (Dipl. Ing.) in Electrical Engineering specializing in Telecommunication from the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany in 1992. Subsequently she participated in various training courses including a Financial Management Course at Prasetya Mulya University, Jakarta, and an Innovation Course at MIT, Cambridge, USA.
Mr. Alejandro O. Caeg is Head of International and Carrier Business Division of SMART Communications, Inc., the Philippines' leading wireless services provider. He is also the concurrent First Vice President/Head of the International and Carrier Business Group of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, the largest and most diversified telecommunications company in the Philippines.
His expertise include mobile services distribution, fixed broadband services, overseas telco ventures, fixed lines and international services, mobile VAS and MCommerce trade, vendor negotiations, emerging revenue generators as MVNOs and mobile broadband.
He was part of SMART as Group Head for Customer Care back in 1997 before transferring to Sales and Distribution in 2002. He has experience in sales and marketing management, C-level relationship management, product and business development for new markets, customer service interface and customer retention, project management, business operations and continuity, trade alliances, as well as business risk management.
After his previous stint with SMART, he became the Chief Commercial Strategy Officer of PT Smart Indonesia, a 100%-owned telecom subsidiary of one of Indonesia’s biggest conglomerates (the Grup Sinar Mas) that rolled out a nationwide CDMA network together with an EVDO Rev. A data implementation.
He graduated at the De La Salle University with a degree in Applied Economics and took up MBA from the same university. He is also a Management Development Program candidate of the Asian Institute

A veteran of the telecommunications industry, he has experience in various functions which include assisting the President & CEO of True Group in leading Strategic Development and Corporate Planning teams, managing Corporate Wholesale business, Treasury operations, and overseeing the International Roaming business unit. Supoj’s current responsibilities have been expanded to cover all other international related services, including international gateway capacity, international data and voice services in both wholesale and retail markets, as well as related mobile technologies.
Before joining True Group, Supoj worked for IBM World Trade Asia Corporation in Japan, IBM Thailand Co. Ltd., and Thai Airways International PCL. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Chulalongkorn University and Master of Business Administration degree from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University in cooperation with Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Since October 2015, Ms Mai Linh Giang has joined Conexus Alliance as VNPT Board member. Ms. Giang is currently the Deputy Managing Director of VNPT International (VNPT-I), a subsidiary of VNPT Group, which is in charge of international business and relations. Joined VNPT in 1992, Ms Giang has years of experience in international business, especially in international data and voice services, international transmissions, satellite Communications as well as mobile technologies.
Prior to her appointment as Deputy Managing Director of VNPT International, from 1997-2001, Ms Giang was dispatched to the position of senior officer at Intelsat USA – the first commercial satellite services provider in the world. Later on, she came back to Vietnam and continued working for VNPT International. Ms. Giang has held different positions in the company such as: Account manager, Deputy Director of International Finance and Accounting Chief of General Affairs, Chief of Human Resources and General Affairs.
Ms Mai Linh Giang holds Bachelor of Economics from Vietnam National University. She has strong commitment to VNPT’s interest and willingness to contribute to Conexus Alliance.

Keisuke Yoshizawa was appointed as the Strategy Workgroup Chairman in July 2015.
He was assigned to the current position in July 2014 as Executive Director, Strategic Alliance, Global Business Division of NTT DOCOMO, INC. after assuming General Manager of Japan's regional branch for 3 years. He joined NTT in 1991 and was moved to DOCOMO in 1994.
He has several global business experiences such as project manager of global i-mode, the world's most successful mobile Internet service and Chief Strategy Officer at U Mobile, Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia.
He received a Bachelor of Law from Kyoto University in 1991 and earned MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2004

Jude was appointed as the Corporate Sales Workgroup Chairman in February 2015. Prior to this, he was Vice-Chairman of the Workgroup since 2013.
At StarHub, Jude looks after the corporate mid-markets segment, as well as serves as the single point of contact for various alliances, including the Vodafone Global Enterprise and Conexus Mobile Alliances, where he helps conceptualise and shape various alliances initiatives. He has 23 years of diverse experience in the telecoms sector, including enterprise and consumer sales in fixed, mobile and ICT services, product & programme management, alliances management, change management and corporate strategy.
Jude holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Degree from the National University of Singapore. He has also completed Executive Management Programmes in Strategic Management and General Management at the NUS. He is a member of various chambers of commerce and serves actively in community and social organisations.

Desmond is appointed as Chairman of International Roaming Workgroup in 2015. He re-joined Hutchison Telecommunications (HK) as Vice President - International Mobile Services in late 2014, heading up roaming, prepaid and wholesales MVNO business. He has more than 21 years of experience in telecommunications. Prior to Hutchison, Desmond held senior positions at Syniverse Technologies and MACH.
After acquiring Bachelor of Engineering (Honor) in Computer Systems Engineering from University of Warwick (UK), he started his career working with CSL, Smartone and Hutchison where he had served various roles in engineering, roaming, regulatory and product & services. From 2006 to 2008, he was also appointed as Chairman of International Roaming Workgroup at Conexus.

Seiji Nishioka was appointed as the Media & Contents Workgroup Chairman in 2016. He was assigned to the current position in July 2014 as Director of Global Service Planning Office in Smart-life Planning Department of NTT DOCOMO, Inc.
Prior to current assignment, he was the Director of Network Department since May 2011. He was in charge of network quality improvement project of Tata Teleservices Limited in India.
Prior to Network Department, he was the Director of International roaming and interworking in Global Business Division since 2005.
He joined NTT in 1987 and moved to DOCOMO in 1992 after graduating from the Waseda University with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
